rojekt współfinansowany z Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoje Regionalnego Unii Europejskiej w ramach Zintegrowanego Programu Operacyjnego Rozwoju Regionalnego.

Przedmiotem projektu były dwa komplementarne działania:

  1. stworzenie i/lub modernizacja 200 punktów publicznego dostępu do Internetu (PIAP – Public Internet Access Point) głównie na obszarach wiejskich i w małych miastach do 20.000 mieszkańców,
  2. rozbudowa szerokopasmowej infrastruktury dostępowej w gminach objętych projektem przy wykorzystaniu już istniejących szkieletowych sieci szerokopasmowych.

Z programu tego Biblioteka Publiczna w Rynie otrzymała dwa komputery z oprogramowaniem oraz atramentowe urządzenie wielofunkcyjne. Utworzono wówczas dwa dodatkowe stanowiska komputerowe dla czytelników z bezpłatnym dostępem do Internetu. Wartość całkowita brutto przekazanego sprzętu i oprogramowania wynosiła 7 467,01 zł.
